Coupled with being named a <b>Top 100 Food &amp; Beverage Leader <\/b>by the 2021 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gsaf.world\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Global Summit on All-Things Food<\/span><\/a>, it feels like <span style=\"color: #006633;\"><strong>Sostevinobile<\/strong><\/span> is finally receiving major professional recognition. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, Times; font-size: 12pt;\">It\u2019s no revelation that little, if anything, has been normal in 2020, and wine judging has been no exception. Rather than gathering at a central hall or facility and having wines pour for us, judges had to handle all their designated wines individually and remotely. Though enjoyable, these new <em>(and hopefully temporary)<\/em> parameters proved rather laborious, and the lack of camaraderie did somewhat dampen the process. Nonetheless, I diligently made my way through the entire process, as verified by the volume of my spill bucket after judging 72 wines this past weekend.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, Times; font-size: 12pt;\">And no, I am not about to try chugging it. Admittedly, there are superficial similarities: balding, bearded, Ivy educated, underappreciated writer, oenophile. But I do <strong>NOT<\/strong> look like <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=PPKdHP8zWuo\">Paul Giamatti<\/a><\/span>\u2014though many have insisted. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, Times; font-size: 12pt;\">A few years ago, I finally made it to <a href=\"https:\/\/hitchingpost2.com\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Hitching Post<\/span><\/a>, the renowned Buellton restaurant prominently featured in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=YS9ocP6FNvM\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Sideways<\/span><\/a>.
